The support team can answer questions about eligibility, billing, shipping, your account, and how PepScribe works. We're happy to explain our 503A USA compounding standard, the regulatory distinction between compounded and brand-name medications, and the clinician review process.
We cannot give medical advice. If you're already a patient and have a clinical question about your treatment — side effects, dosing, whether to continue or pause — that belongs in secure messaging with your prescribing clinician via your patient account. Support cannot relay clinical questions to your clinician for you.
